Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely with a huge double bed and spacious twin beds. While on the pricier side for Japan, they were cozy and comfortable. The service was outstanding with helpful staff and a beautiful garden to enjoy, although the dining experience left something to be desired. The location was superb, close to restaurants and easy transportation options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms in the Tower with views of the garden and city beyond were super good, offering a serene and picturesque setting. The service was impeccable, with the staff noticing my needs and going above and beyond to help me. The location was very convenient for exploring central Tokyo, and the close proximity to the train station made it easy to get around. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, especially with the inclusive buffet. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel provides a peaceful and safe location near the tube station with good connections, perfect for exploring Tokyo. The rooms are clean but lack privacy due to the layout and view. The service is exceptionally helpful and customer-oriented. The dining experience may be crowded and overpriced, but the facilities are convenient.
The hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were much worse than the public toilet I visited in the main building, but the one I eventually got was nice and big, which was excellent. The service was friendly and helpful at the bell desk, but they were constantly trying to sell us extras from the moment we walked through the door. The location was convenient, with food and the subway close by, allowing for easy transport to any place in the city. The dining experience was too expensive, and the food was underwhelming for its price. It was simple and limited for being halal-friendly; basically, you'd have to be more vegetarian in case of being Muslim.
Staying in the junior suite was amazing, even though the initial impression wasn't great due to the size not matching the price. The room, however, was surprisingly spacious with a comfy chair for relaxation, a desk for organization, and a TV featuring hilarious Japanese programs.
The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, bigger than typical in Japanese hotels, and faced Akasaka-Mitsuke views. It sits between other budget-friendly options in equally good locations. The service was a mix of attempts to overcharge or lack of knowledge, though generally polite. The location was superb for central Tokyo with easy Metro access, adding to its appeal. Dining was good with lovely garden views, albeit a bit noisy with limited food choices. Overall, the hotel provides good value with a few minor drawbacks.
